SITEINSPECT + CADD
From field evidence
to a clearer design.
Reconstruct visible landmarks, check physical measurements, and review differences against your design.
Open a session to begin.
01 Open your workspace
No workspace selected.
02 Collect original evidence
Upload site views, camera calibration records, and photographs of physical measurement readings. Scale references and independent checks must use different evidence.
03 Match visible landmarks
Choose two different views. Click the same fixed landmark in each image, then add the pair. Pixel fields provide an equivalent keyboard control.
0 landmarks marked.
Camera calibration and capture recipe
Enter measured camera calibration, camera-to-frame rotations, camera centers, and calibration evidence references for the selected photographs. Focal lengths and pixel positions must refer to the uploaded image dimensions. Correct lens distortion before capture. Updating landmarks preserves your entered calibration and does not generate camera parameters.
Measured distances
Add at least two scale-fitting distances and two separate check distances using distinct landmark pairs. Record measurements across the scene. The app checks distinctness; the reviewer must assess their spatial distribution and accuracy.
04 Compare with CADD
Enter preliminary design dimensions between named landmarks. A new design revision preserves the previous one. Field observations cannot overwrite it.
Save the design before reconstruction to include it in that comparison.
05 Inspect the result
Awaiting reconstruction
Point display: X horizontal, Z depth. Hidden surfaces remain unknown. Pixel sensitivity is not a confidence interval.
Independent review and design change request
A different reviewer account must assess the evidence. Internal review does not authorize survey use, construction, or professional release. A newer design revision requires a new reconstruction.
06 Compare dated imagery
Use the two selected original views and at least five fixed landmark pairs. Three pairs fit planar registration. The remaining pairs independently check it. Results identify pixel candidates, with no inferred physical area or volume.
Expert comparison settings
No imagery comparison selected.
Independent reviewer classification
Geographic alignment
Match geographic evidence to the design’s local frame with independent dated controls. Coordinates require WGS84 ellipsoidal heights. Other height datums need qualified conversion before registration.
Register a coordinate frame
Enter at least three non-collinear check points using at least two distinct original evidence files. Expected local coordinates must come from independent controls.
No geographic registration selected.
